Our story
Nhân Kiệt started in 2009 supplying and managing workforces for employers in Vietnam. Over more than fifteen years we have handled contracts, payroll, social insurance and HR administration for clients across industries, and grown a network of offices around the country, close to where our clients' people work.
As more international companies hire in Vietnam, and more Vietnamese companies hire abroad, we brought our local operations together into one set of global services: Employer of Record, Global Payroll, PEO in the United States, Contractor of Record and Contractor Management.
Digital HR and partnerships
We invest in digital HR: our own HRM and timekeeping tools support payroll accuracy for clients. In 2026 Nhân Kiệt signed cooperation agreements with VNPT Ho Chi Minh City on digital transformation and social insurance, and with Viettel Ho Chi Minh City on digital transformation in HR management.
How we work
- Compliance first. Contracts and payroll follow the Labour Code 2019, the Law on Social Insurance 2024 and the 2025 Law on Employment.
- One contract, one invoice. Every country and service on a single agreement.
- People, not tickets. A named account manager who speaks English and Vietnamese.
- Data protection. Employee data is handled under Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection, with access limited to the specialists on each account.
